Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Office staff is worst I've ever encountered. They do not return phone calls, talk to a different person every time I call, takes 4 days to fill prescriptions, must repeatedly badger them to get questions answered, urgent appointments are nonexistent and must travel 20 minutes to their brand of "urgent care". Would not recommend them to anybody.
