Receptionist is rude. Makes you justify why you need to see her. Actually interviews you when you are a new patient as to why you need a rheumatologist. Refused to complete an insurance form deeming it an administrative burden to the office. He is not inserted in helping patients with anything.

As for the doctor herself she cannot handle complex diagnosis and flat out told us she can't help us and wanted to pawn us off to another doctor. She's not interested in collaborating with other doctors. Only treats what's right in front of her. went to another doctor in midland park who spent 3 hours with me as opposed to her 15 minutes.

Dr. Albornoz is an excellent doctor. She is eager to explain her diagnosis and treatment. Unlike most doctor's offices, this office is well administered and runs on time. I would recommend this Rheumatologist without any reservation.

The receptionist in this office is obscenely rude. He must be Dr. Albornoz's husband and she is stuck with him. He has such a sour demeanor, very miserable human being. Unfortunately, I do however like the doctor and will go back. I might go back with a baseball bat and put this guy out of his misery...lol

I absolutely loved Dr Albornoz. She was extremely helpful and caring. I unfortunately had to stop going to that office because of the receptionist. He was very rude and like the other rating stated, he ruins the whole office. I ran out of my pills and needed to be seen before my scheduled appointment and he cursed me out on the phone due to a bill which he mistakenly billed me twice and I refused to pay twice. He denied to schedule me until the bill was paid. Every visit he was just so sour. He does not make you feel welcomed at all and it is just disappointing because Dr Albornoz is such a wonderful doctor. If you can tolerate rudeness then i recommend her as a doctor but if you expect a doctors office with good staff that will welcome you her office is definitely not it.

The man that works there is extremely rude and has no type of social skills. As a patient I am very disappointed because he ruins the whole office. Save yourself an extremely bad experience.

I SAW SEVERAL MD'S PRIOR TO SEEING DR ALBORNOZ WITH NO RELIEF OF THE ARTHRITIC PAIN I FELT. SHE EVALUATED ME, MANAGED SEVERAL VARIOUS TYPES OF MEDICATION AND HAS MAINTAINED ME ON MINIMAL MEDICATION FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. THE PAIN I FELT FOR YEARS IS GONE AND HER SUGGESTIONS FOR MAINTAINING MUSCLE TONE AND FLEXIBLITY ARE VERY HELPFUL. SHE HAS A WONDERFUL MANNER AND I RECOMMEND HER ENTHUSIASTICALLY.
