Daniel Kennedy misread two separate images, on different dates, indicating that both images were unremarkable. Further evaluation by Pulmonology, due to continuing hemoptysis, immediately revealed a large , easily seen lung defect required emergency major surgery to repair defect. Only the subsequent evaluation by Pulmonology and resulting surgery saved this patient's life. Dr. Kennedy is beyond incompetent and truly dangerous. Be certain he is not the radiologist assigned to evaluate your imaging.
