she was the third stomach doctor I visited; my wait for the visit was well worth it, she took all the time needed, reviewed all my records with me and took time explaining what other doctors did not.

What a nice and caring doctor. She very patiently listened to my complaints and asked questions along the way and then came up with a game plan. I could not be happier and think she diagnosed my problem correctly, as I feel so much better. I highly recommend to all and am so happy I went to see her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cencora for a few years. She is competent however,I feel very rushed. She doesn't spend time with patients. I've had testing done by her and she doesn't call with results. She's too busy.I was extremely worried about a test result.I called her office during a 14 day period and was told that the results came from the lab; but she hadn't read them yet. I am still waiting!

Dr. has fin.interest in surgery ctr. Advised to use & I would be billed in network fees based on their word.Would not put in writing.Asked for a $250 co pay when co pay due only if something found. Dr. never spoke with me prior to the procedure, in the OR prior to the procedure or after I awoke to give me the results. The anesthesiologist told me what was found although I was still groggy.Arrived 9am, discharged 3:30. Procedure scheduled for 11:15, took, place 1:30.Dr. paged twice at discharge to discuss results, never showed. O/S ER dr. said hospital drs taking preference over her patients this is why you do not go to hospitals. Non tech. staff called w/results but could not answer why positive results prior to procedure or cause. Office phone problems resulting in receiving 23 patient calls to my cell phone for appts and results.Several calls to dr. unanswered and still unknown why positive results prior to procedure which is why I went in the first place.

Very satisfied, doctor was very helpful and thorough. Medical staff is good, office staff is a mixed bag, some are helpful some not. First few visits I did not have to wait at all, but other times there was some waiting time, but not overly long.
