I have never had a problem with Dr. King or any one in the practice. The staff is always very nice and helpful. We don't see Dr. King all the time, Dr. O'Donnell is our regular doc. But we have been happy with Dr. King, he is nice to the kids and polite to mom and dad. My son was sick with a bad cough. Dr. King didn't think it was pneumonia but sent him for a chest x-ray just in case. The x-ray came back and it was pneumonia, we were very happy to have him err on the side of caution. That has been my experience with all of them, they take you seriously but don't over react.

Dr. King was nice enough. But he misdiagnosed my 3 year olds persistent cough as "just a cold" and we ended up in the ER. She had pneumonia. The rest of the doctors are very nice and helpful. That staff is nice except for one receptionist with short hair and glasses- RUDE RUDE RUDE. On more than one occasion. She insisted on me paying a $25 copy for a well baby visit. My insurance does NOT have a copay for preventative care. When I pointed this out to her, she rolled her eyes and said, "FINE". Horrible woman.
