I was forced to wait over 2 and half hours in a hot crowded waiting area, when I complained about this doctor, he got annoyed with me and as a result I was forced to see his associate, which I did not appricate, he told me how dare me make a commtion in his office and upset his pataints when I did no such thing. This group is very inconciderate of other people's time. I would not recommend them.

I am very pleased with both Drs. DeMartino and Essinger. My husband has been suffering from a myriad of symptoms (rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, fatigue, general overall weakness, excessively dry and cracked fingertips) which we have finally been able to pin down as being related to Candidiasis that was diagnosed by an upper endoscopy that Dr. DeMartino performed. Hopefully, through dietary changes and anti-fungal medications, my husband will be able to assume his formerly energetic self and an enjoyable life!

Dr. DeMartino is knowledgeable, listens to his patients and does not speak above you. He explains everything in language that the average person can understand and never rushes through an appointment. If you've ever noticed, some doctors will walk through a hospital when on their rounds as though they have tunnel vision. While I was in the hospital, as my daughter stood at the elevator to come up to visit me, Dr. DeMartino approached her so he could fill her in on my status. As she didn't see him in the lobby, he could easily have "slipped out" unnoticed, but didn't. That in itself tells me a lot about his character and his caring for his patients.

I have been to Dr. Demartino and Dr. Essinger and both are good, knowledgeable doctors. Have been able to get an appointment on the same day when i though i had diverticulitis flare up. Concerned, caring.
