I have been using Dr. Luong as my PCP for over 15 yrs. I can easily make an appointment during the week. His wife, Priscilla is a Nurse Practitioner and has a doctorate in nursing. Either one are capable of giving great care. The office staff and Medical Assistants are attentive and kind.
Their office is easy to find in Mesa on Main Street and 56th Avenue. They are remodeling to have an onsite Laboratory for either Lab Corp or Sonora Quest. That's a wonderful convenience.

Has incompetent physician assistant. She mishandle my care wrongly prescribing medications that a specialist told me to stop immediately. The practice is ruled by money making.

Physician's assistant prescribed wrong meds for a thyroid condition. Have rule posted on wall that you are allowed to bring up only 2 issues per appointment and hurried through visit
The practice's priority appears to be to make money.

I have been going to Dr. Luong for over 4 yrs. Very pleased with his intelligence, willingness to listen and offer solutions, spends as much time with me as I need (regardless of what insurance companies want), nice office staff, good follow-up and next to no wait-time.

Went to Dr Luong to get a 2nd opinion abt an osteoporosis diagnosis from a diff. Dr . I also asked abt a cough that was lingering from a cold. He didn't ask abt cough or let me ask questions about osteoporosis but focused on giving me an antibiotic. I have side effects from antibiotics but he scoffed at them as if they were trivial. His demeanor was condescending and he was very rude. Other PA that I have seen in the past were very caring and kind but I will not go back to him
