The doctor's staff is TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY RUDE, and UNREASONABLE. I went in for what was supposed to be a free consultation, set up by my dentist, and 5 months later received a bill for $328. They had my insurance information but didn't bother to tell me that they are not in my network. They got paid by my insurance 4 months earlier but were billing me for the full amount. The office said they had "lost record of the payment." They're rates are exorbitant! They should be more up front. I called and said I'd be willing to pay half of the remaining amount but they were very rude and unreasonable. STAY AWAY from this place. Consumers don't need to be treated like that.
