Very approachable..made you feel relaxed..I met Dr Burnstein at a Bed and Breakfast I was staying at with my daughter who was visiting from London .He rode up on his really cool portable bike (that folded up and fit in your suitcase ! ) he was coming from a convention in Philadelphia (I think ?) and I was drawn to him immediately because he was so friendly and warm .Really easy to talk to ...If I lived in Michigan and needed a shrink he would be the man !
