I have been a patient of this doctor for the past five years. Every time I have and issue the office staff is accommodates my urgency of the matter.

I am on a medication that requires some additional testing. The staff always tries to accomodates my work schedule with late appointments and weekend appointments. They always seem to be available for questions. The staff is courteous and cheery. They seem to love their job.

Called to make an appointment, staff took all info as a new patient. Waited a month for the appt. on fri 4/ 26 when I arrived they had no record of it, had no idea how to accommodate the situation that was clearly their fault. I will not go back.

The office staff is very cheery, and accomodating. The doctor is very personable, eager to help with any problems you may have. He is also knowledgeable about your eyes and answers any questions you may have.

Took my 10 year old daughter to him. She is usually "freaked" out by doctors but Dr. Kramer was very calming and nice and made her feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.
