Doctor care is excellent. The office staff is horrible. We are mired in a 2-year credit nightmare, with collections on our kids. The office staff filed insurance paperwork improperly. We complained and got nowhere. We explained, they promised to fix it but did not act. The issue was a filing for an annual healthy child exam that was coded wrong by the office staff. Insurance requires that the doctor's office correct the filing. They didn't. One kid's bill was right, the other still wrong. The Dr. continued to send bills to us. Insurance wouldn't pay the routine lab bill that year because of the unfixed error. The lab and the doctor sent us to collections--over $50! That's after 15 years as a patient family and after their error. We have optional expensive, excellent coverage through our employer. We finally switched doctors. We have had no insurance issues, not primary care or specialists. This office needs to update its very backward office procedures! They can't handle paperwork.
