Outright worst office staff of any medical profession we have ever been to. Rude, condescending and unhelpful. Asked primary care physician for different referral.

I could not believe how cold, uncaring and per functionary his office staff were. Having been with MidMichigan Med for many years I cannot believe there is not better oversight. Horrible attitudes at both the physicians office and the infusion center - not only were they not helpful but down right condescending and rude

As a doctor I feel he hevaily lack professionalism, can be somewhat rude at times, and ypui can be in this office for hours, especially if you have a health plan like wellcare, they can have you waiting upto 3 hours for a referral. This happened to my grandmother who has too undergo chemotherapy, and they refuse to give her a referral. OVERALL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
