I had a tooth become abcessed and was in quite a bit of pain. When he came in to do the extraction he was the opposite of reassuring or pleasant. He demanded to know if I wanted to keep the rest of my teeth. Then told me I was going to have to care more. When undergoing the numbing injection, one was rather painful and I squirmed and he stated to me: "I know, You HAVE to keep these Gums Clean" I was already terrified about losing this tooth, I have not had a tooth extracted before ever, and he left to let the numbing kick in and I started to get very nervous and upset. When he came back and started prying at my tooth I lost it and started to hyperventilate and cry. He uttered a few comforting statements like "You're not having a complete mental breakdown are you? I have a whole office full of people here. You have to stop. Just be quiet, calm down and let me do my job." The visit ended with him admonishing that I was going to lose all my teeth in the same painful way.
