I suggest no one sees this doctor! Overcharges, uses whole a lot of talking and has no appreciation for her patients. Awful place!

Dr.Phillips is never in the office, she passes tasks to barely qualified young professionals to handle her job. Billing is a nightmare and get ready to spent thousands of dollars for therapy and testing at this practice. Students are paid poorly and therefore, the job is never done properly.

Watch out, this practice manipulates their patients and families into paying a thousands of dollars worth of testing. They will not even look at your insurance and will already charge you for services. They do NOT issue a bills for services provided, which is illegal! I would suggest everyone to keep looking and not ever use these type of services!

Very unprofessional. Had many testing visits here. The ultimate diagnosis made no sense and I am a physician. The guy at the front desk is rude and knows nothing. He wouldn’t pass on a simple message to Dr Philipps asking her to call me because he said we hadn’t paid our bill. We had never received a bill and this was the first time I had heard about owing money. He continued to refuse to help me saying we owed money. They are taking 2+ months to write a report for the visits and are unwilling to provide a letter of accommodations prior to completion of the report.

This office lacks professionalism! Also, regardless of having an excellent insurance, I was asked to pay for testing. They know nothing about billing, either! I faced their lack of knowledge big time in this area! Tim, the front desk, seems like a puppet of Dr. Phillips. He has no medical knowledge at all!

Run! Extremely rude and unprofessional office staff. My eight year old son even said Tim was rude to me and this was prior to the start of the appointment while in the waiting area.
This practice is unorganized and unprofessional and nothing was accomplished, which was a total waste of time. I will be disputing any charges they attempt to collect with my insurance provider. As such, I will encourage my insurance plan to remove this practice from their list of contracted providers. Any parent that has experienced the same unprofessionalism should contact their insurance provider as well and express their grievances.

Very unprofessional staff, especially the front desk! Guy named , Tim, answered the phone and started to ask me about my credit card information without any introduction as to what will take place during my appointment! I knew right away that were not a place for me! Thanks for the commends below, unfortunately, they are true. Go to any other place, you will be treated better! Big Scam!

Stay away from this practice! They can’t keep their staff longer then a year and their website is never up to date. They are constantly taking advantage of people even when they are gone, by keeping their pictures on the website, because they have to go through hiring process so often and don’t want to look incompetent, when they actually are!

This place is completely disorganized and does not have a qualified professional to do a neuropsych evaluations. They have put my daughter for testing with a girl name Caitlin who has only a bachelors degree. Call me stupid but how does bachelor’s degree evaluated for autism? Nonsense! Then they charge me $3,000 me for testing with no proof of charges, but wait, it does not stop there. Now they are requesting additional money to release my daughters report! By the way, Tim from the front desk is covering all the lies together with Caitlin W. While Dr. Phillips during this whole time is somewhere hiding in the back, basically nowhere to be found until you have to pay for a testing and feedback. She then suddenly appears and wants to introduce herself! Crooks, stay away!
