Have Been going to Dr. D. C. Wintermantel since 1979. I have never had any problems. He is knowledgeable and has concern for his patients and is meticulous in his work. His assistants are professional and knowledgeable and can also be humorous at times, which makes the visits even more pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Wintermantel to one and all. If you are unhappy about something that was done he will work to correct it until you are happy with the outcome.

I trust the Dr and feel comfortable whenever a visit is necessary. I've had a bridge, fillings, root canal. My husband also sees him. We are both very pleased with his work.

The team is very friendly and I have no issues with the crowns I received. The Dr will not perform any unncessary work.

I saw Dr. Wintermantel a couple years ago, and as a dentist I do not remember having any issues. However, I will not go back to his office again. I called this morning, in pain because of an infection, and the receptionist I spoke to was very disrespectful. The first time I called, she hung up on me. The second time I was accidentally transferred from my dental insurance company. The same lady answered and yelled at me saying that she wasn't with patients. She ruined the office for me. Don't go.

The one assistant is wonderful but the office manager is rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. Doctor is terrible and the staff knows it! He promised to refund my money but the office manager dodges me, never returns calls and when I finally showed up for it she blamed everyone else! Finally got my work done elsewhere!

Went here because of my insurance, what a nighmare he does not know what he is doing he ruined a tooth my bridge was on had to have it pulled the bridge work was so bad had 2 other dentists testify to that and the insurance company agreed, money was refunded but it took 2 years to recieve and I had to wait to get procedure done properly has insurance would not pay until they received their money back. Staff was great but he is in the ozone for real. Office manager told me and the insurance company they could barely pay their bills. Wonder what he is doing with the money. Would never go back! Had a friend go there before me and he had a crown placed, it hurt and the Dr. drilled hole in it to relieve pressure. I could not believe it, he did not go back.

Went in for a cleaning and loved the staff and the doc! I waited maybe five minutes and the cleaning was great. They didn't find any cavitites and showed and explained all my X-rays to me.

Great dentist! Very thorough and friendly. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The cleaning was very thorough and felt great. Dr. Wintermantel explained the xrays to me and showed everything that has been done previously but found nothing new to fix. Yay!I will definitely go back.

It took 3 hrs to fill 1 cavity & it was horrifying. I stupidly decided to return to him to fill 2 more he said would be easy. He then told me after numbing me that I would need a root canal. I was there 4 mo earlier for a cleaning and he said I had no cavities when in fact I had 3. So because of his lack of the most basic dentistry -I will be enduring a root canal. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Wintermantel to my worst enemy. The only positive thing about the place-the staff.
