Dr. Clough is not the type of doctor you want to be taking care of your lady parts. She thinks she's too good to come into work and lets her inexperienced staff make feeble attempts at running a gyno's office. Didn't feel bad about robbing me for my money though. Absurd bills for a doctor who doesn't waste her precious time seeing her own patients. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. clearly the PA had NO clue to what she was doing, and wouldn't even call the DOCTOR to help her. I layed in AGONGY the entire procedure! I finally refused to be poked an prodded any longer. THEN they offered to ALLOW me to make a consultation with DOCTOR! are you kidding me? im of a mind to tell my ins. to refuse to cover bill until i see an actual doctor! treatment was abominablee.i guess doctor lets PA and staff rule and run her so called office!

I have had no problem with Dr Clough or her staff. Waiting has never been an issue. The office is professional and caring. I never have to wait when I leave a message for a call back either. I will continue my patornage.

I have been a patient of Dr. Clough's practice since 2008. At first I saw a Nurse Prac. which I think is pretty common in this day. In 2010, I was referred to Dr. Clough because the NP found some re-curring fibroids. Dr. Clough recommended laser surgery to aleviate the problem. All went well - I found her to be a very caring knowledgable doctor. In 2011, I had her perform the Essure process to prevent pregnancy. This past winter (2012) I was diagnosed with acute iron def. after many tests it was determined to be female related. After meeting with Dr. Clough, she and I decided together that I would have a partial hysterectomy. I have always felt that I was part of the decision making process and would absolutely recommend her as a caring and responsible physician. I am not sure what the situations were with other who are reporting here but every person and every case is different. I will keep her as my doctor for a long time.

I would NOT use Dr. Mead's office. First, you will ONLY meet with a NP, which is fine if you don't have issues. They wait too long to take action on problems. An example of this is I had a larger (9cm) uterine fibriod in Jan '10 and was told to "wait and see". It grew so big I was having major issues but it took 6 weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Mead. In that time, it grew to 12 cm and my only option was abdominal surgery. In Jan '11 I went back for an exam (I had to request the ultrasound) and I was told I had a small cyst and again wait and see. Here I am in April (with a new OB thank god) and I am facing surgery again because they were not on the ball. The "small cysts" was actually 3 cm by 5 cm, NOT small and with my history I should have been referred to Dr. Mead and I was not. I had a CT scan that showed a 9 cm cyst and was told I could not see Dr. Mead for over a week and that "I was lucky to even see her". There are better options in ****ord.

While I'm sure this doctor is capable and knowledgeable, I didn't get the sense I was getting the same attention to quality of treatment as the expectant mothers were. Rarely did I get an opportunity to see her and was sent mostly to their nurse practioner. I've since switched doctors.
