Alex Coleman is one of the best doctors I have ever met, but he does have a pitfall and it is major. He needs to remember who people are and try very hard not to be persuaded by others to forget who his clients are and what their character is like. Sometimes he either reflects or has persuasive people talking in his ear, and somehow forgets about the positive character of his clients, and becomes fooled into thinking that they are not of good character. He needs to allow people that he becomes wary of to explain themselves and to remind him that they are not as bad as he somehow started to believe.

Very helpful and knowledgable. Doesn't have any staff so it can sometimes take a day or two to get in touch.

It takes him a long time to explain simple things. You pay for it!

Very knowledgeable about transgender, transitioning, and especially ftms. May refer you to someone else, go on vacation or become unavailable whenever times get really tough. He does not have any staff.
