Dr. Liu just opened a second office to accommodate her patient load; how cool is that?! It speaks to the complete professional, caring, exceptional staff she has built over the years that has drawn so many people to her. Her office goes the extra mile to make sure patients are taken care of. She truly cares about people. I always feel important regardless of who I see there.

I've been a patient of Dr Liu's since 2010. I have always had great experiences in her office. A few years back I was asked to see one of the Physician Assistants because Dr Liu was out of the office. I was reluctant because I prefer to stick with one Provider. However, I was VERY pleasantly surprised with my experience with Diane Asmuth! She was so thorough and spent a good amount of time explaining my recent labwork. Since then I have also met with Loran Killar (her other PA), as well as Dr Denise Nguyen; every last one of them is fabulous! They all have obviously adopted Dr Liu's vision for healthcare that entails a caring and sincere relationship between patient and provider. I always feel important when I'm there. Sometimes they run behind schedule (like all offices sometimes do), but once it is my turn they spend quality time with me (as they obviously did with the patient before me); I never feel rushed. I frequently recommend them to friends and family. I've had nothing but positive experiences in their office. They're a great group! Totally 5 stars!!

I walked in to fill out the paperwork. After i left one week later they had called me because i missed a signature. They had reviewed it already while i was there. What kind of customer service is that? I waited for 30 mins. When i was in the room waited for another hour. It is ridiculous to have a patient just to wait that long. They're not friendly at all. Poor origanizing skills. I think most physicians are worried about the money rather than patients.

Dr Liu is amazing!! From the minute you walk thru the front door you are greeted by a delightful, personable receptionist! (On my second visit she called me by my first name as I entered the office; WOW!). Dr Liu's MA's are all kind and happy. It is refreshing to be in an office where everyone seems to be enjoying their work! I was roomed by a very sweet and caring young girl (Tammy?). I didn't think it could get any better but then Dr Liu came in. She is amazing!! Did I already say that? She listened and genuinely seemed to care about me. She was not rushed or anxious to leave. Very professional, very personal! I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS OFFICE!!

I AM 75 YEARS OLD AND SO HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTORS GOOD AND BAD. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF HERS FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND SHE IS THE "BEST" DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. SHE IS GENUINELY INTERESTED, PATIENT, VRY ASTUTE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HER FOLLOW-UPS ARE EXCELLENT AND ONGOING. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HER.

She is very patient oriented to explain us very details our conditions as well as treatment with ample time. She also helps us understand difficult medical terminology using translation device for us, Japanese. We can trust her hundred percent and recommend to anyone.

I went in for chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain and general not feeling well which she diagnosed as "muscoskekatal pain" - not a diagnosis in my view. She did not bother checking anything else other than standard labs. She told me to take ibuprofin and that I would just have to learn to live with it. A couple of years later I discovered I have a blood sugar problem among other things that were causing the pain. I am finally pain free but no Thanks to this doctor. She is definitely not thorough. If you have something simple you're in luck but if not you are better off going to see another doctor who is more experienced with diagnostics.

I have been a patient for over two years now. Dr. Liu is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this office. I have two teenagers, one boy and one girl, and they both feel comfortable talking to her. She is very knowledgeable about sports injuries; very helpful with a high school boy!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Liu's for about 3 yrs.. She possesses numerous admirable qualities. Above all else, she is extremely thorough. I find her to be very personable & at the same time, she always maintains a professional manner. Unlike some physicians, Dr. Liu always listens to her patients & values their input, prior to making her diagnosis & recommended treatment. I have referred several friends & family members to Dr. Liu. I truly believe that "confidence" in one's physician is the most important consideration when choosing a new physician. This is a quality that is earned & you will soon find, as I did, that I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Liu's decision-making regarding my health. This confidence is based on many aspects of her physican abilities. She's knowledgeable, versatile, confident and does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when necessary. I'm 63 yrs. old, so I've had some experience with physicans over the years. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Liu is very knowledgeable and efficient. Wait times are minimal and at the end of each visit, she sends her patients home with a documented treatment & follow-up plan. She takes a significant amount of time to explain treatments, treatment plans and answer any questions the patient has. She documents everything on her lap top while the patient is in the room with her. She is very kind, conscientious and I would highly recommend her to any prospective patient.
