Did not like the dental tray behind me b/c I noticed the sterile instruments we being touched after the assistant touched unclean things. No one would explain what was happening and I had to ask to see my xrays (dentist did not like me asking). Staff is untrained and if a problem arises with the insurance you may get blamed even though, its their job to work with you. The doctor sided with staff even though he did not seem to know how rude his front desk person was. The dental work he did seems fine and he was painless. I did like that about him. There's no billing person you can speak with to work out details and this is also a big problem for this practice.
