My mother trusted him to do her surgery and she had the same one done years prior and knew something was not right between the pain and the pulling sensation ,and she kept telling the nurses and the Dr something is off please check me , I went to visit and told the nurses , my stepdad told the Dr and the nurses just to be told It's fine just discomfort from spinal surgery which was not so she had a 24 to 48 hour window to be rushed back into surgery but she wasn't checked like she kept begging to be and ended up with cauda equina syndrome and it destroyed that last year of her life as she passed away at 57 from all the complications from this that's my review..

caring, knowledgeable doctor. spentabout an hour going over my spinal condition and how he was going to help mycondition. wanted me to have reasonable expectations of my condition.

Unpleasant, cold, conglomerate. The office procrastinate, lie and unhelpful. Very hard to get to a person to talk to.

Dr Semenoff has saved my spine on multiple occasions. He even came from a funeral to check on me in the ER when I started presenting symptoms from the tumors on my spine. He is outstanding! So helpful, kind and compassionate.

I am in dire need for help with my thoracic spine and although I understand this to be a very touchy area that surgeons aren't willing to venture into, I felt his response was very harsh and could have been handled more delicately. He said "the care you need well surpasses the years I will be practicing medicine". I would think that would be followed with a suggestion on how I can be helped perhaps by another doctor. Immediate tears and complete confusion. Oh well guess I do not matter enough although I am an otherwise healthy woman in her mid 40's.

dr semenoff is wonderful his office staff was ok some were rude but I was there for the dr it was a bit hard to get calls back but I just called a few times a day and after that I did get call backs fast he did my surgery 4 yesrs ago and im 90% pain free do not like there pain management people

I have found the office staff does not return calls at all,you have to keep calling them or you will never get an appointment, they aren't very nice either. Customer service is not their strong suit.

No one would call me back with MRI results. Nurse who pre-screened me before seeing MD was rude.
