Aweful, the staff clueless and expect to wait at least 2.5 hours before seeing the doctor. the facility is old and lacking new medical devices. The doctor ships you from place to place if she cant help you racking up medical fees. Not a winner!

Where do I begin...the office was so hot I felt sick. The front staff was rude. The one CNA that took me to the room and reviewed my reason for my visit was GREAT (Heather) Very nice! Then the waiting began! My appointment was at 3, at five o'clock I walked out! Never did "see" the dr! I don't know if they forgot me or what, I had the door to the room open because I was suffocating. I actually dozed off while sitting there. No one ever came in and gave an explanation as to why the delay. When I left there wasn't anyone out in the hall or recptionist area. I could hear them in with patients and there were people in the waiting room. Never again!!

Dr King is the kind of doctor who will give her patience a hug. This statement alone should paint the picture. Some doctors don't seem to like dealing with people , therefore, don't like what they do. It is obvious that Dr. Lisa King enjoys being a doctor which makes you enjoy being her patient. Because she takes her time with each & every person.. please expect to wait a little while before you are seen. The staff has been completely aweful I have, however, noticed an improvement. She has been mine Dr for about 6 yrs now & despite the poor service from office staff.. seing Dr King is still worth the hassle. She is awesome!

Dr. King and Velma the PA are great; the staff is horrible; Been a patient since she started practice and staff has gotten worse; never the same staff when I go every 3 months; so is it Dr. King, I doubt it, or office manager. You decide

Dr King is great. Her office staff are completely incompetent. God help you if you need anything from them, your paperwork will be lost, they wont get your message. They are a nightmare.

I love Doctor King. Her staff Has been a lot better now that she has hired some new smiling faces who actually arent so rude. However, the women who is the office manager is the rudest person I have ever seen in a doctors office. She needs to be REPLACED!! I have never seen as office manager so mean and rude like she is. My appts. Have never been on time. I am normally there for a few hours waiting to be seen because she does take her time with her patients which sometimes is inconvenient when your waiting so long. If you want a good doctor who will listen to you and cares about you, she is the one you want! Its a good thing her office manager isnt a doctor!

Amazing Doctor...really listens and helps to get to the acutal problem without throwing medicine at you. The staff has always been a problem. She has a new Nurse Practitioner that is very nice and helping her keep better to her scheduled appointments.

Dr King is wonderful, knowledgeable, takes time to listen. Her staff is rude, does not return calls, tell you tests have been completed when they havent. Very frustrating
