Please do not make an appoimtment with this dentist, if you value your teeth. I went to her for a root canal. After she did that procedure. I was on antibiotics, when I returned to her for a crown Dr. Bergeron went through that process. After that I went home and low and behold it became infected. I went back to let her know I was in pain. She took an x-ray of the area and discovered ,yes, it was infected. When she came back into the room D. Bergeron told me I had to have oral surgery to remove the infected tooth and crown. I felt that she was incompetent, and needs to retire., now I need a bridge which I cannot afford. I never went back. I hope no one else will have to deal with her.

I am very pleased with the dental service I'm receiving from Dr. Bergeron. She is very gentle and explains in detail what she is doing, she is very patient and answers all my questions. I am super happy with the dental results, Dr. Bergeron did an awesome job! Her hygienist TyTy did a great job (I had "deep cleaning" procedure). I read the negative reviews and am shocked. I've had no problems with Dr. Bergeron or the billing procedures; I was never overcharged - my dental insurance was never overcharged. Also, her prices are very reasonable.

This office has deceptive business and billing practices. The staff work via intimidation tactics and lack of transparency. Employee turnover is very high. Office refused to show me my billing records and charges spurious appt. cancel fees far outside customary practice. Avoid this place. She is a good dentist, but the business side is shady.

This doctor is all about performing root canals. She did one root canal on me and 4 days after, i started to have crazy pain and when went back to the doctor, i was told that its not the root canal that was hurting but in fact 2 other teeth , one in the front and the back that needed root canal done as well. So i decided to consult a different doctor and after consulting 2 other doctors and an endondontist, i was told that the root canal done by Dr Marie Bergeron was not done right and nothing else needs root canal.
Now dr marie bergeron is sending me threatening emails that she will be taking legal action against me for not attending her other appointments. please o not go to her even if she is the only doctor left

This doctor has horrible wait times, the office manager DOES NOT know what she is doing at all, the young man with the red hair was absolutely amazing with the patients when i walked in, he was greeting everyone so kindly and submitted my billing perfectly. I do not recommend going if this office member is not there. DO NOT GO!! They WILL rip you off! Ask for this guy! He wears glasses and has red hair, very sweet young man. The supplies used on me were absolutely DIRTY! I seen the instrument the office manager laid out in front of me and it had a yellow substance on it. It was disgusting. She over charges patients, and the doctor is RUDE to her patients and staff. I over heard her bad mouthing one of her staff.

This dds is horrible! Not only is she unprofessional but she bad mouths her patients and her office staff turn over is crazy horrible, it's sad because he staff is actually pretty nice but there is no accountability for office staff mistakes and they make many many errors. Don't go here! I have complained many times to my insurance for reffering me to her.

This doctor is so rude and takes forever doing anything! I waited an hour after she numbed me just for her to numb me again then waited another 30 minutes for her to even start anything. She walks out of the room in the middle of working on me and leaves for at least 5-10 minutes. I heard her make rude comments to her staff. I found that very unprofessional. The staff was great though. The young man and lady in the front were very nice. He was very welcoming with smiles. I just would not recommend my worst enemy to step foot in that office.

She is very rude and charges for work that has NOT been done and will do work that does NOT need to be done. She will leave you laying in the dentist chair for over an hour while she in in the back complaining about everything and everyone. I will NEVER return to that crazy place again.
