Dr Bergeron was very rude and defensive. I wouldn't recommend her to anybody.

At first I thought the Dr. and staff were great, that is until I had two crowns done. I am double insuranced. However, when the office sent the claim they failed to send x-rays, which turned in to a vicious cycle with Dr. Bergeron's office and the insurance providors. 5 months later I get a letter stating that they are sending me to collections, the letter stated that they had asked for my help in the matter and I had not responded to this request. FALSE! this was the first I heard about there being a problem. My insurance company had been trying to get in touch with Dr. Bergeron to get a few questions answered so that the claim could be paid, she never returned the calls. When I requested that Dr. Bergeron call the insurance company, so that the matter could be settled. I was told "Dr. Bergeron has done everything that she believes she needs to, and she will not be calling the insurance company." The person who handles the front dest is a liar and rude! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!!

I've never had a bad experience with this dentist our her staff. They've always been prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

Made an appt w/Dr Bergeron's office gals about a month ago. Mentioned that I needed a cleaning only. They were very nice. I came into my appt. today, but the doctor insisted that I needed x-rays. I told Dr. Bergeron that I had x-rays from my dentist, Dr. Scott Janzen Fresno, CA last year- so I was not comfortable exposing myself to unnecessary x-rays. Dr Bergeron said I needed to give her the name of her office girl I made my appt with, so she could fire them-Huh?!?! Wow, that is a whole lot of crazy I don't want to deal with. Be careful. Rachael

I have had an awesome experience with thus dentist(emergencies and major dental work) and her staff for over a year. I would NOT hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
