I saw Dr. Silk for 6 months when I was 15, a sophmore in high school. It was my first experience with therapy, and it was a bad experience. My primary memory of my sessions was sitting there, not saying anything, and Dr. Silk sitting and starting at me and not saying anything himself. I didn't have the agency or maturity at the time to confront him or leave the sessions, so I just endured them until my parents realized it wasn't productive, then I stopped going. Recommend you avoid seeing him.
