Doctor very easy to talk with, very forthcoming in answering questions, extremely knowledgeable. Explained condition actually due to birth defect Excellent surgeon, saved my life, excellent care, very good condition and ckups since 2011 incident.

Staff is very unhelpful, probably the worst Ive ever seen. Went to ER had to get appt for a check up and Dr. Glassman's nurse never bothered to call me back. Now everythime I call for an appointment his admin staff says they have to check in with his nurse before scheduling my appointment and they will call me back... I havent heard back from them in two weeks. Dr. Glassman is great his staff for lack of better words Sucks.
