Dr. Rugeiras is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. He listens to his patients and is absolutely tenacious in trying to help them. He is good at what he does and well-respected. His staff is efficient and caring as well. He works hard to meet his patients needs while working within the parameters of insurance constraints and individual circumstances.
