I have been trying for over a month now to get Dr Lerner's prescription sent to my pharmacy. This is a never-ending cycle of leaving a message for her assistant saying the pharmacy has not received the prescription, getting a call back 2 days later saying "yeah we totally sent it in, check with the pharmacy again", calling the pharmacy and having them say they haven't received it.... repeat forever until I run out of insulin.

She kept interrupting me while I was trying to answer her questions. Then diagnosed me without really having listened to me at all. She's a complete waste of time.

I was given an appt I drove 1 hr one way , I have a broken ankle and can't walk. I arrive and find out they don't have an appt for me. They ask me to wait while they the dr if she can work me in and I waited 45 min. I was then told oh well, sorry... It was their fault they should have worked me in.

Dr. Lerner did not follow through with proper testing in order to arrive at a diagnosis; instead, she misdiagnosed me, putting me on and off of a medication on a day-by-day basis. It took me having to travel to the Mayo Clinic in order to be properly diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening endocrine disorder - something Dr. Lerner missed entirely. The worst part is that Dr. Lerner had the exact same data from my blood work that the Mayo endocrinologist had, and she still misdiagnosed me.

Dr Lerner is a caring and compassionate physician that takes time to explain things in depth. She is wonderful!
