I would never recommend this place for one reason. I called and asked for the pricing for an exam, cleaning and X-rays as a self pay patient. I was going to schedule an appointment because the pricing looked good after she gave me the adult pricing. As I proceeded to ask if the children pricing is cheaper, her demeanor on the phone changed completely and she said and i quote "I don't have time for this, if you want to schedule an appointment, then do so but don't waste my time." I was so shocked all I could say was "wow, that was very rude", and she replied with "well I am very busy and I have a report I need to get up and running" or something regarding a report that was due in the back room. She then said "I don't mean to be rude but I have a lot to do and if you would like to schedule your going to have to call me back". I replied with "I wont be scheduling so no worries". I am 42 years old and have never experienced something like this. I am sure the dentist is very nice and professional and would have liked to use him but whoever he has behind the desk is not unfortunately. She was short fused and and very unprofessional. I wanted to leave this review as a warning (not everyone will have the same experience) but I would never recommend this place because of this.

I went to see Dr. Rankin about a problem tooth. His office cleared a time that same day and got me in for an exam. 10 days of antibiotics later he pulled both the bad tooth and the one next to it that caused the whole problem to begin with.
The good Dr. and his Office Manager both made it a very easy and comfortable experience and I would greatly recommend them to anybody needing a truly compassionate and professional trip to the dentist. Many thanks to Leslie and Ron for fixing me up so efficiently!
