She is very unkind and not sincere at all. She talked to me for about a minute and then left. I asked to fill out a medical inquiry form. She said I had to pick it up in a few days and she went on vacation without doing any paperwork. She is a very irresponsible doctor. Her staff called and picked it up and she just copied and pasted what the doctor had written.

Kept me waiting while she handled something with her daughter and her daughters school. I could here her talking on the phone while I waited some 20 minutes. Not recommended.
