Dr. Edwards has treated me for 10+ years for back and later neck pain. She always listens to me and takes the time to explain things to me even when she's running behind. If I am having difficulty with my meds, she prescribes something else. I don't know why people have put up negative reviews because not only is she a great doctor and person, so is Beth! I can only guess those unhappy patients were drug seekers and probably got mad when Dr. Edwards wouldn't prescribe what they wanted. You will never meet a more accomodating doctor than Dr. Edwards! Trust me when I say if you want a compassionate, sympathetic and knowledgeable pain doctor, then go see Dr. Edwards!

I too was a patient of Dr Edwards. The complaints you see that seem unbelievable are in fact true. Same thing happened to me, at first starting out seeming to want to help but I ended up being berated, as loud as she could, stopping just short of yelling! Humiliating people seems to be part of her strategy. Being spoken to like a child is only half the show. She then begins yelling questions at you and if you're unsure what answer she wants, she continues to ask the same question louder and louder instead of rephrasing it so you might understand better. She has simply walked out after many of her tirades! Literally the most unprofessional behavior I've ever witnessed in my life!! For those of you in awe of Dr Edwards, you're seeing her very best side. She and her partners can either make money off of your pain or she sees a way to use you in the future. Maybe if you have cancer or some serious injury you MIGHT be okay. If she feels your particular disease is not worth her time, even if you're suffering with pain, she begins the "DISMISSAL PROCESS." She's going to abuse, humiliate, talk to you like a dog and hope you leave in tears never to return. And after all this you get an office bill for your visit! If enough people complain to the medical board maybe less patients will be abused and a little bit of her arrogance will be brought down a notch! Last, I know her staff has to be aware of her abuse. Shame on you for not reporting!

Have been a patient for over a year and have been very pleased with the quality of care. I am currently working with a team of doctors including neurosurgeon to battle disabling pain. Dr Edwards is compassionate, caring, and listens to the needs and works with me to get to root cause of pain. Very pleased with her staff. You can't come across a more caring, compassionate l and helpful staff

Dr Edwards is rude and condescending. The way she spoke to me is unbelievable and unethical. I would never use her again and in fact, I'm going to file a grievance with the medical board. I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor in my entire life. Please do not use this doctor!!!

Was a patient for over a year in that time I witnessed her go from a caring physician for the patient to one of greed and not wanting to be questioned about side effects of medications and does not want to listen when you are describing the side effects of the medicine.

First two visits with Dr. Edwards was great, the third visit was awful.She had me in tears by time I left her office all because I did not take a medication that was prescribed out of 3 others she had me on. She raised her voice at me and treated me as if I was a child. Her office staff messed my appt up twice and I had to prove to them that it was their mistake or I was going to be billed a no show, luckily I still had the appt. card.
