Dr. Tackett is a good dentist, however trying to get through the miserable administrative assistant is a painful experience. She's extremely rude and unaccommodating at all times. Her latest stunt is harassing us for $27 that our Insurance company paid them out of our FSA but she denies ever receiving! Even though there was a cancelled check and evidence on our FSA report! She refused to work with the Ins company and 4 1/2 months later, after she threatened several times to turn us into collections, and after several hours of my husband trying to resolve this over a 4+ month time period, she magically found the check AND NEVER LET US KNOW. Worst experience that we've EVER had with a doctor. Needless to say Dr. Tackett lost a family of 5 patients and most likely, more will follow.

Amazing Dentist. Very helpful and honest with the procedures that are needed. Couldn't ask for a better dentist.
