My family has been going to the Rice's for years. We have been miss billed so several visits and haven't always had a pleasant experience. On the last visit, my daughter asked them to hold off on x-rays until the next visit so that it could go through the insurance correctly. Elliot got very mad and started yelling at my daughter and gathering up her chart so that he threw part of her information in the sink. We have since switch dentists and had the new dentist ask for our records via fax.
