We have been seeing this dentist establishment for almost 14 years now. I have never had a complaint until recently. The hygienists are wonderful, but the secretaries and more specifically, Karen, who works with the finances, are very unprofessional. Our situations was this: soon after we started orthodontic work on our second son my hubby became unemployed and we could not keep up with the bill. We met with them and said there was no way for us to keep up, so it went to collections. This is totally understandable. We are paying monthly. The unfortunate part is the way Karen and the office ladies treat us every time we go in. It is very immature and catty. Karen even had the nerve to put her hand over her mouth and whisper to another receptionist in front of us when we were asking for our daughters ortho X-ray records. Even though we have dental insurance, my children are not allowed to see the dentist until our ortho bill is paid. We will be finding a new dentist. :(

Dr. Haas is a great guy and his office staff was very welcoming during my visit. Would recommend to family or friends.
