Dr. Buchanan did not discuss options with me prior to starting treatment. He did a cheap and easy budget job which suited his own cost/benefit scenario and left me with saggy black eyes that constantly swelled up and wrinkled. I've had to really cake on the concealer to ATTEMPT to cover them, which caked in said wrinkles and made me look like an old hag. I NEVER had dark circles or indentions prior to this. While being treated, I told the doc I couldn't breathe at night, my ears were filling w/fluid, etc. Doc didn't care and kept going. He even laughed at me like I was crazy. To say I am humiliated by how I look is an understatement...I am constantly hiding and can't even look my own parents in the eye. People say I look like I've been punched in the face..."out for two". I do always look like I am a pro in the UFC. This doctor is unethical, dishonest, immature, and disrespectful. The damage he has done to my life and self-esteem is immeasurable. I wish no harm to him (as he has done to me), but he makes me sick and I wish he was in jail. He's a disgusting, self-serving narcissist.

I rated as I did because Dr. Buchanan did not shape the teeth after the braces were removed - my children look like they have fangs. Ridiculous. Worse - they are in their early 20's and their teeth are crooked. Hey Dr. Buchanan if you see this - I am in my 50's and my orthodontist shaped my teeth beautifully and my teeth from my orthodontist are still straight.
