Horrible, not board certified, fund of knowledge zero, should not be practicing. Dangerous.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hagstrom since 2004. With the multitude of problems I have with chronic pain i am surprised he hasn't given up. But he is very thorough and takes all the time necessary to be sure I understand my situation and any treatment options or medications that could help. I have in the past had serious problems at all hours of the day or night and when he was needed, Dr. Hagstrom was always available and willing to come in to provide whatever services were needed. I couldn't ask for a better pain management doctor. Highly recommended.

He is an amazing doctor. He spends as much time as I need so I can understand my treatment options. He had some staffing issues with his old company, but his new staff is amazing! I have seen 4 different pain management doctors since my 2007 accident and he is the absolute BESET!

if you like waiting a lot and not get the help you really need and love incompetents I would recommend. Dr.hagstrom if not I would find somebody else

I had to wait 4 hours to see this doctor. Then he rushed through my appointment. He was so indecisive about my treatment plan that I had no confidence in him. I still can't believe that my doctor recommended him. Don't waste your time seeing him. I went back to my doctor and complained, now I see a really smart, organized pain specialist. Don't waste your time with Dr. Hagstrom. He gave me the creeps.

I have been a patient for 7yrs+! I was very unhappy in the beginning but changing pain drs is almost impossible so I was forced to stay! The 'old' nurse was the rudest, uncaring patronizing woman I have ever met! If you wanted cheap entertainment you could go to his waiting room & listen to all the patients complain & 'tell horror storie' about the nurse! Of course you always had plenty of time because you had to wait hrs to see the dr! BUT the last yr or so has been wonderful compared to the first many yrs. The 'old' nurse is FINALLY gone & the new nurse and office staff are doing all they can to change opinions & improve so that patients are happy & willing to come to their apmts! You may still have to wait to see the dr (Rome wasn't built in a day) but at least you know you won't get humiliated by the nurse & office staff! The only downfall now is...you don't get the cheap entertainment in the lobby while waiting to see the dr.!

he is never on time,extremely poor record keeping,very disorganized office and office staff,does not remember past office coversations,does not fill out requested paperwork in a timely manner,which may cause me to lose worker comp benefits

Have to wait usually 2 plus hours to see him. Might see him if he doesn't decide to call in sick himself. Looking to change doctors. I have only seen him twice. Seems to forget about me and forgets to schedule treatments. Not very caring.

great doctor not like other pain dr I saw dr oliva who only was in my room 5 mins dr. hagstrom listens to what we as patients have to say and what is wrong with us. I will recommend him to everyone i know.
