I recommend getting Lasik to EVERYONE after the smooth and easy experience I had at their institute. I was very hesitant at first to get the procedure done as I did not know much about it, and it seemed a bit scary, but this institute changed that! They provided an amazing information Zoom session that I had attended that answered all of the questions I had and easily helped me set up a free consultation and eye exam to help me determine what would be best for me. During this eye examination/consultation I felt heard, safe, and taken care for. All of the office staff and workers especially, Dr.Jones, Cameron, and Scott seemed to know exactly what they were doing and made the process really easy for me to decide to get Lasik. On the day of the procedure I felt assured by the staff and the doctors that everything was going to be okay. They talked me through every as the procedure was happening and made it a calm and comfortable environment to be in. After the procedure I was able to go home and feel knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done post op as they had informed me of everything I needed. And when I did have a question over the weekend, I was able to talk with a doctor within 5 minutes to answer it. I can see now better than ever and it is all thanks to this vision institute and their amazing staff.

I'd been considering getting LASIK for years when I finally decided to just go for the consultation and exam. After hearing about the SMILE procedure, choosing WangVisionInstitute was a no brainer. I'm not normally nervous about anything, but I was a little keyed up waiting for my exam and to find out if I was a good candidate. However, *everyone* I interacted with was so calm and friendly that it all felt normal and routine.

**Cameron** is an amazing surgical counselor, who took the time to make sure I understood the commitment involved with the surgery. My technicians Scott, Kayla, James and especially **Amanda W.** helped me through every step of the process. (Amanda is so awesome - I felt like my eyes were getting a relaxing, warm spa treatment!) And Baileah did an excellent job coordinating payment and scheduling for my surgery and post-op follow ups. Dr. Zimmerman examined the current state of my eyesight and helped me understand exactly what was going to happen during the SMILE procedure. And I can't praise **Dr. Guduru** enough for his calm manner and precision that got me through the hardest part of the SMILE surgery with flying colors.

Besides the outstanding staff, you can expect the exam day to be long because you can get your procedure done the same day if you are a good candidate. (There are complimentary snacks & water while you go through all the tests and exam.) And you do need someone to go with you so they can drive you home while you close/rest your eyes. I slept through the drive, the rest of the afternoon, and right into the night. By morning, my vision was significantly improved and by my first post-op, I was seeing 20/13 vision! It's really important to follow the post-surgery routine as closely as possible for your eyes to heal. I contribute both Dr. Guduru's skill and the post-surgery routine to my excellent recovery. It feels amazing to see better than even my contacts could correct and not need them or my glasses anymore!

1000% would recommend. I got SMILE, which is a different vision correction surgery than LASIK. I’ve never been able to see without glasses or contacts, and this surgery has changed my life!!!!

I chose the best for the correction of my astigmatism and nearsightedness and was not disappointed. It was worth the eleven hour drive.
A year after he performed the SMILE procedure I am happy to report that my vision is excellent.

The staff at W. Vision is top notch! James and Gabby made my visits so much fun. They took the best care of me the day of SMILE and during my follow up appointments. My husband came with and enjoyed the snacks in the lobby. Hands down would do it again and would not go anywhere else. My vision improved overnight and continued to become and more clear.

By using the SMILE procedure, Dr. Ming corrected my vision. Dr. Ming took my vision from a -8.50 prescription and “coke-bottle thick” eyeglasses to 20/30 vision one day post-op. Dr. Ming and his staff are competent, kind, and accommodating. Kayla answered every question I had with grace and kindness. Dennis completed my eye exam and deep cleaning seamlessly. Gabby kept me informed and encouraged throughout the procedure. Dr. Ming prayed with me prior to the surgery, kept me informed throughout the procedure, and even called to follow up with me the night of the procedure. Though my vision was blurry, I could see my momma’s beautiful smile from across the room immediately after surgery! The WVI changed my life!

Great Service! I had the smile procedure and my eyesight was at 20/40 the next day and better than that by the end of the day. They were very informative throughout the process and the recovery was much easier than some of the stories I read online. I have been in glasses or contacts for almost 40 years. I will likely still need reading glasses for age related issues, but that is a much better adjustment than bifocals.

Had the SMILE procedure at his office and it was fantastic, very fast turnaround, same day consultation and procedure. They were very calming and explanatory in the procedure which can definitely be anxiety inducing if they aren't.
