I cannot overstate how impressed I am with my experience at WVI. I had SMILE performed by Dr. Guduru. Dr. Guduru, along with the entire staff, were consummate professionals and made the procedure as efficient, safe, and comfortable as possible. The wonderful outcome of my procedure is something I could not put a price on.

I was referred to Dr Wang's practice by a close friend of mine and loved my whole experience! I had very poor vision before getting the SMILE vision. I mean I couldn't see at all! Everyone in the office was super nice and went above and beyond every visit.
My surgery coordinator Cameron was so friendly and was so easy to work with.
The day of the surgery James made me feel at ease right before the surgery.
Cameron and James are true rockstars! Thank you Dr Cook and staff for the ability to see again!

I recommend getting Lasik to EVERYONE after the smooth and easy experience I had at their institute. I was very hesitant at first to get the procedure done as I did not know much about it, and it seemed a bit scary, but this institute changed that! They provided an amazing information Zoom session that I had attended that answered all of the questions I had and easily helped me set up a free consultation and eye exam to help me determine what would be best for me. During this eye examination/consultation I felt heard, safe, and taken care for. All of the office staff and workers especially, Dr.Jones, Cameron, and Scott seemed to know exactly what they were doing and made the process really easy for me to decide to get Lasik. On the day of the procedure I felt assured by the staff and the doctors that everything was going to be okay. They talked me through every as the procedure was happening and made it a calm and comfortable environment to be in. After the procedure I was able to go home and feel knowledgeable about everything that needed to be done post op as they had informed me of everything I needed. And when I did have a question over the weekend, I was able to talk with a doctor within 5 minutes to answer it. I can see now better than ever and it is all thanks to this vision institute and their amazing staff.

I'd been considering getting LASIK for years when I finally decided to just go for the consultation and exam. After hearing about the SMILE procedure, choosing WangVisionInstitute was a no brainer. I'm not normally nervous about anything, but I was a little keyed up waiting for my exam and to find out if I was a good candidate. However, *everyone* I interacted with was so calm and friendly that it all felt normal and routine.

**Cameron** is an amazing surgical counselor, who took the time to make sure I understood the commitment involved with the surgery. My technicians Scott, Kayla, James and especially **Amanda W.** helped me through every step of the process. (Amanda is so awesome - I felt like my eyes were getting a relaxing, warm spa treatment!) And Baileah did an excellent job coordinating payment and scheduling for my surgery and post-op follow ups. Dr. Zimmerman examined the current state of my eyesight and helped me understand exactly what was going to happen during the SMILE procedure. And I can't praise **Dr. Guduru** enough for his calm manner and precision that got me through the hardest part of the SMILE surgery with flying colors.

Besides the outstanding staff, you can expect the exam day to be long because you can get your procedure done the same day if you are a good candidate. (There are complimentary snacks & water while you go through all the tests and exam.) And you do need someone to go with you so they can drive you home while you close/rest your eyes. I slept through the drive, the rest of the afternoon, and right into the night. By morning, my vision was significantly improved and by my first post-op, I was seeing 20/13 vision! It's really important to follow the post-surgery routine as closely as possible for your eyes to heal. I contribute both Dr. Guduru's skill and the post-surgery routine to my excellent recovery. It feels amazing to see better than even my contacts could correct and not need them or my glasses anymore!

1000% would recommend. I got SMILE, which is a different vision correction surgery than LASIK. I’ve never been able to see without glasses or contacts, and this surgery has changed my life!!!!

Literally, I was so scared of the procedure, pros / cons, but now that I’ve done it, I would 10000% do it again and I would highly recommend.

I chose the best for the correction of my astigmatism and nearsightedness and was not disappointed. It was worth the eleven hour drive.
A year after he performed the SMILE procedure I am happy to report that my vision is excellent.

W. Vision Institute was an incredible experience. I had the SMILE procedure and it could not have gone smoother. Feels good to be able to see perfectly without glasses or contacts.
