From registration to meeting with Dr. Munzer my visit was exceptional. Dr. Munzer has a great sense of humor which is exactly what I needed as a 53 year old with an earring backing lodged in her ear canal. He was gentle, professional and extracted the backing with little pain. Will definitely use him for any other issues that might arise. Thank you ENT and Allergy Associates, Fihkill, NY

I saw Dr Munzer for a nagging and very aggravating sinus problem which I was attempting to manage using OTC meds for months. I went into the office thinking I would need antibiotics and left with an accurate diagnosis, an antihistamine spray, a list of instructions to relieve symptoms and a warning to reduce the stress in my life. He is the very definition of a good doctor who actively listens and is mindful of the whole patient.

dr munzer is the george clooney of ent's. having said that, i'm not there, obviously, for looks. his bedside manner is awful, and he actually admonished me for the problem i was having, which is not my fault in any way shape or form. furthermore, he didn't have the slightest clue about how to treat it beyond antibiotics. that said, in terms other aspects of my overall care, he was immediate and conscientious and referred me out to other docs, which as a specialist, he did not have to do. it's just that his manner was so abominable, i won't be returning, which is a shame. he was not pleasant to deal with.

I have suffered 4 years with sinus issues and couldn't find the right doctor until I found Dr. Munzer. He is a great Dr in every aspect. From bedside manor to discussing every treatment plan. I had sinus surgery on June 19th best decision I've ever made. Dr. Munzer explained every detail of the surgery and aftercare. And was on point with everything. I highly recommend him for any ENT issues. Overall great dr and great staff that works along with him.

My family doctor recommended Dr Munzer because of my recurring sinus infections. I was seen immediately and Dr Munzer was caring and compassionate and explained the various options to me which included balloon surgery. I was reluctant to do the surgery but another sinus infection convinced me. I had the surgery on July 21st and it went exactly as Dr Munzer explained. I haven't had a sinus or congestion problem since then. My breathing has greatly improved. I would highly recommend Dr Munzer and his staff at the New Windsor office.

I have suffered with sinus problems for the past 5-10 years. I had the good fortune to be introduced to Dr. Munzer approximately three years ago. He methodically via process of elimination attempted to fix my problems using different medications offshelf and prescribed to no avail. He initially said surgery was the relief I required but would go thru methodical list of solutions to prevent surgery and only as a last resort. We have now gone thru the surgical process and it is approximately three weeks after. I cannot tell you how good it feels to be able to breathe again! Truly a life game changer. If you are living with this problem please pick up the telephone and call Dr. Munzer and make an appointment for that appointment and office visit. I trusted Dr. Munzer and paid particular attention to his words and methodology for his thought process. I trusted him and had faith in his skill. I am so happy that I did. Thank you Dr. Munzer. Working in healthcare, I've become especially critical of doctors but the staff at ENT are some of the nicest folks in medicine. Whether it's a secretary, audiologist, nurse, or physician, everyone is always helpful and kind. Dr. Munzer specifically is exceptional. He has a kind disposition, is extremely thorough, and is beyond patient. While most physicians would have dismissed my symptoms as minor and ignored my near constant complaining, Dr. Munzer listened and was extremely knowledgeable, arranging a number of appropriate tests which led to a significant diagnosis. Through the entire process, he took the time to explain everything and ensured that I understood the information and his instructions.

Best doctor around! Really nice guy, super attractive too! He took out my tonsils and was very knowledgeable about everything. He said my tonsils were twice the size of normal tonsils, and he was a pro with the extraction process. Definitely would recommend
