empathic, open-minded, intuitive and intellectually astute, Dr. Benioff is an amazing agent of transformative change. I can't recommend her highly enough for both individuals and couples.

Dr. Benioff was not able to see that I was in a relationship with a sociopath and assist me in leaving/protecting myself. She encouraged me to reflect on my own contributions to this relationship as if it were with a person who was capable of caring/having feelings for me. This went on for years. I believe my therapy with her led me to blame myself for my situation when I should have been getting out. I can't recommend her. I did get good help from another therapist and I am completely out and safe from the situation I was in.
