I saw Dr. Jesse Chawla for a contact lens exam. I have bad astigmatism and Dr. Chawla was very helpful in fitting me with best contacts for my eyes. I definitely recommend him.

My 9 yr old son was having headaches so I took him to Dr. Chawla. He was recommended by my coworker. Dr. Chawla explained that my son was far sighted and prescribed him glasses. My son's headaches are gone and is doing better in school. I highly recommend Dr. Chawla. He answered all my questions.

Dr. Chawla was very helpful and caring. He explained the grading of my cataracts and the importance of UV protection.

I recently saw Dr. Chawla for a contact lens exam. He has been my family's optometrist for over 4 years now. I have always had great service and his staff are always helpful. I have recommended him to my friends as well. I think Dr. Chawla is an excellent doctor.

BEWARE HORRIBLE!!!! I went for my first contact lens exam, it lasted only 15 min and it turns our he gave me twice the amount of prescription I was suppose to get in my left eye!! He didn't even tell me how to clean them! Two days later I started having intense headaches, blurred vision and soreness in my eyes. When I told him, he didn't even bother to run any tests but just passed it off as some other issue! Because of his carelessness and negligence I ended up with slight abrasions in my eye due to long exposure to the contacts for first time use! I ended up going to a different doctor who was absolutely amazing, helpful, careful and competent. Dr. Chawla was too hasty, unconcerned and didn't even try to take responsibility for his mistakes. Trust me try someone else plz!

Office staff barked curt commands and was dressed inappropriately. I had to ask questions concerning first contact eye exam and would not have know what to ask if my wife did not also wear contacts. I I did not receive itemized receipt of services nor was informed prior to appointment of what services would cost. The receptionist has a terse tone in all interactions. I was not informed that contact prescription would be given a follow-up check up. I was given differing instruction by doctor and office staff concerning how to use contacts and was then charged $30 for this instruction. Not courteous or polite. Office staff was very rude to family member who came with me. Very unsatisfying experience.
