I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cassidy. She was kind and compassionate to me and my family during a very difficult time.

This doctor is not only extremely uncaring about the patients she sees in the emergency room, she seems to find pleasure in being mentally cruel as well. Despite the fact that I was being treated for an emergency illness, she paid no attention to my mental state and treated my illness as if it was just a nuisance to her. She only offered information when asked and then replied very vaguely and acted as if she were annoyed. Instead of trying to calm my fears and worries, she tried to described the procedure with the intent to further upset me by using graphic and untrue statements. She attempted a surgical procedure while only offering a very minimal amount of pain relief. She proceeded with this procedure despite the fact that I was terribly ill and very upset. My own doctor even admitted later that Dr. Cassidy did not do a very good job and should have handled it very diffentely!
