Dr. Huynh and his staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. He takes the time to explain all of dental needs. I would highly recomend Berkeley Lake Dental.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to the Berkeley Lake Dental team for their well done job on my teeth! Dr.Huynh gave me a smile that I've always dream of. He extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth with no pain at all. He has a special technique to inject the local anesthetic where I didn't feel anything with the needle or pain! And this is coming from someone that have very very low pain threshold, it's a plus plus. :) Also, he did my braces for about 1 year period to fix my over-bite. Having the braces gave me the opportunity to know them better because I visited the office often to get my braces adjusted. I never had to wait long to see the Dr. and their staffs are very friendly & helpful with scheduling (Ioana & Angie). I really like the modern decors and high tech in the office that allows me to watch my favorite movie while seated in the treatment chair. I recommend to you all to try Berkeley Lake Dental!

Made appt. for 2 daughters to have teeth cleaned. Assumed that was done when they came out. Was told that they also need deep cleaning/scaling. Said would cost $125 per child. Days later one of my daughters told me that they did not even clean there teeth but probed each tooth, took bite-wings, and panoramas. I was not told in advance about the panoramas. Both girls had all wisdom teeth out. I called them and they said they would not clean their teeth until after scaling. I took them to my personal dentist who looked at the bite-wings and cleaned their teeth. One daughter has perfect teeth and gums (age 21). Other daughter has 2 cavities. Was told by Berkeley Lake neither had cavities. Neither needs scaling, etc. This is just a rip-off for them to get more money at my children's and my expense, and Aetna's. They are very unprofessional. Aetna is looking into the matter. Hope I can be reimbursed for their cleaning. Very dissatisfied with them.
