I highly trust Dr. Mesthos and his expertise in chiropractic care. He doesn't do "snap crackle and pop" adjustments; he employs the "logan method" which is gentle and soothing with feather light pressure. I started to see him in 2007 when I first moved to the area. I went for numbness and tingling I was having in my arms and hands--I was told previously that I might have carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Mesthos gave me no more than two adjustments for 30 minutes each time before my issue resolved. He attributed my symptoms to a subluxation in my cervical spine. I also went to him for healing after a car accident, suffering whiplash related injuries. I have referred my family and friends to his practice and my husband goes religiously twice a month or more often as his schedule permits. I go when I have an exacerbation but should really go more often as his rates are affordable and well worth it. Dr. Mesthos is super nice and personable, but is not afraid to tell you like it is as far as your need for treatment is concerned. Added bonus, he never puts high pressure sales on you to come back. I highly recommend Dr. Mesthos.

I have RA and was having a hard time walking I was referred to Dr. Mesthos about a month and a half ago, now I feel so much better, I catch myself walking normal now and that’s something I haven't been able to do in a while. He really knows what he is doing and you can tell he truly loves his profession, the only chiropractor I will ever trust.
