Unprofessional, condescending, incompetent- horrific bedside manner!

Called to ask for a prescription refill. Nurse had an attitude and said, "You haven't had this for eight months." Not true. I don't know what chart she was looking at. When I told her that wasn't true she continued with her attitude and told me, "Well, that's what our records show." I had to set up a phone visit. When they called the phone rang only three times and I didn't answer in time. I called back immediately and got voice mail that the office was closed for lunch. They sent a bill for the "visit". Found another doctor who told me I was misdiagnosed. He went over my spyrometry report and explained why the original diagnosis wasn't correct and started a new med that has made a huge difference in how I feel. I suggest you avoid this office (New Lenox).

Dr .Hadi is the best! I always get courteous service when i arrive and the wait is less then 5 minutes. Dr. Hadi is very concerned with your health and answers any questions you may have. He also gives great advice.
