I'm so disappointed with Dr. Cherian. I had 2-3 cleanings here--all was well in the beginning. My last cleaning was a bit rough/heavy-handed though. During that cleaning I was told I needed to have a cavity filled so I scheduled another appointment. I would have thought that the office would have defaulted to what my insurance covered, versus electing an option that was not covered (without notifying me). My insurance covers silver fillings but not white (I wasn't aware of this at the time)--but I don't remember that even being brought up by Dr. Cherian or her staff. She filled my cavity with white filling, and I was billed for the entire amount with no recourse. Really disappointed at the dishonesty here, and by other reviews it appears I am not the only one who got taken for a ride. I thought I had found a decent dentist, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am very impressed with the level of service and knowledge . The staff is very helpful , they take their time to go over with you in detail the different options available based kn your needs. The organization in regards to the appointment is excellent . Dr. Cherian is an excellent dentist and I am happy about my treatment and its outcome .- C. Boris

I always have a good experience when I come to Windsor Dental. The staff are always pleasant, and Dr. Cherian is very good and thorough. My husband and h are happy to come to this office.

Completely painless procedure. I was impressed by how straight forward the consultation was. The services are explained very well. Dr. Cherian's dental work is precise and her chair side manner is patient and caring. I look forward to a continuing relationship with the practice.

I went in for a complimentary second opinion and later had my full checkup and cleaning done and was very impressed with Dr. Cherian and her staff. They are professional, friendly and explained all procedures in detail. I didn't have to wait to be seen and appreciated that no additional procedures were sold. The office is state of the art and very clean. If you're looking for an honest, thorough, and professional dentist, Dr. Cherian is the one.

Worst dentist I have ever been to. She never seemed to know what she is talking about. Went there two times this year for cleaning only. Both times she told me about all this work that needed to be done. Root canals, crowns, fillings. Her exams always felt rushed. So because of that I went to get a second opinion elsewhere and the actual work I needed was no where as extensive as she recommended. She is one of those fraud dentist who exaggerate treatment just to get $$$$$$ BEWARE
