I have been coming to see Dr. Chris for all my running, biking and swimming injuries for the last 6 years. I only wish I had started seeing him earlier! He has an amazing knowledge of the body's anatomy and function; he has helped me with problems such as piriformis syndrome, IT band injury, swimmer's shoulder, migraine, and BPPV.His staff is very responsive, kind and professional, and his onsite trainer Ryan is fantastic! After a very bad bike crash, Ryan was my personal trainer at Dr. Chris' facility and he helped me maintain my fitness while my injured parts healed.

I met Dr. Chris Alvarez in 1998 at one of my jobs as a young adult and would get injured fairly often doing various activities, fast forward almost 18 years later and he is still healing my various injuries like no other in the business. I've had numerous foot, leg, back, ankle, shoulder, hand and wrist injuries and everytime I walk out of his office I feel 110% better than I did before I walked in. Usually when a person hurts themselves and it interferes with daily activities it can make one feel defeated and anxious as to how and what will fix them. Walking into the office of Dr. Alvarez and his team of experienced and knowledgable doctors makes all that negativity go away, every single time. I live in Arizona now and still see Dr. Alvarez every 3 months when I come to town for business. This latest visit is no different. I injured my wrist almost 3 weeks ago and just after 1 visit the pain went from an 8 to a 1, very tolerable compared to the last few weeks. Tha

Great doctor he could relate to my daughter better than any other doctors we have seen. He made very clear what he was going to do and did it. My daughter was back playing soccer much faster than I thought. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chris.

I have been to many Chiropractors in my time but never like what Dr. Chris! My daughter plays club volleyball and sprained her ankle. We went to the doctor took X-rays and luckily it was not broken. Five weeks later and 3 times a week or PT she was still not remarkably better. Parents and some coaches around town all told me that I have to go see Dr. Chris. So I made an appt, never thought I would go see a chiropractor for a sprained ankle but boy was I wrong. Dr. Chris is truly unique in the way he approaches an injury. I can only describe it as logical and cutting edge. Swelling in her ankle vanished before our eyes and she had much less pain. Most importantly she was playing in 10 days. Not a big fan of Chiropractors but I'm a big fan of Dr. Chris. I would recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Chris because of a shoulder injury. I asked around town about who I should see and his name kept coming up. I though it was weird, seeing a chiropractor for my shoulder so on the advice of many people who I trust I made an appointment. First let me tell you that I have had this injury for years off and on since my baseball days.I have seen many orthos and PT's last treatment I had was a cortisone injection in the front of the arm. This gave me about 4 months of relief. When I saw Dr. Chris I was really impressed he did not try to sell me but actually educated me on why my shoulder was hurting. Not only that he proved to me why he was the man for the job. Its been three weeks and I now have no pain sleeping and have even started throwing the football with my son. This was not possible the last four years. Dr. Chris is a breath of fresh air and really is amazing. I don't know about how he is with backs but if you have a shoulder issue definitely check him out.

Dr. Chris is a wonderful doctor. He worked tirelessly on my daughters many injuries from softball and basically got her back to optimum playing condition - no one else could do this. He is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable & compassionate. He explains everything to his patient and me as the parent and he follows up on everything he has taken care of. Without Dr. Chris my daughter would have probably missed a year of softball, however with Dr. Chris she missed nothing. He also has his therapist/trainer in Ryan who teaches you how to exercise properly to prevent further problems - Ryan has an outstanding personality and warmth as well. Marti in the front office is so friendly and treats every patient like the best patient. I would refer Dr. Chris' office to everyone, you will be more than pleased with the results!
