The office had cutting edge equipment I hadn't seen in other places. It was like getting multiple exams for the price of one and having the ability of the doctor to compare these to get a better grasp on your eye, body, and vision health. I felt like my questions were heard and I was given the opportunity to ask all the questions I had and Dr. Young was able to answer all of them completely.

Dr. Young & his staff were very courteous, prompt & knowlegible. I highly recommend Dr. Young.

Had to wait for 30 minutes, and was not offered an apology for tardiness by doctor. His insistence on making irritating chit-chat with patients is why I assume I had to wait so long. Spoke to me as if I had background knowledge in optometry, and thus it was difficult to understand what he was talking about. Gave me eyedrops without explaining what they were for, and did not give me any warning at all that driving at night with dilated eyes would make it impossible to see the road. Considering that it's three days before Christmas, the Christmas light in conjunction with the street lights AND lights from cars left me feeling blind. It was very difficult to even see what lane I was in. Gave me a prescription to get glasses in-house, which I was against doing, as I was displeased with the service offered. I was not offered a copy of my prescription, and when I requested one the staff member gave me a slightly bewildered, disapproving look.
