Dr. Otis seems to be a very compassionate person, her staff on the other hand is not very caring. My mother was doing terrible from the chemo and her staff manner was if you don’t do this session “oh well”. The staff didn’t even think to have a medical professional check her out. The last session made her gravely sick. So I do believe the staff who help with the chemo could really use some training in compassion and understanding that sometimes a doctor should be called to make sure the patient is doing okay for the next treatment.
