Wrong diagnosis, unprofessional attitude: My wife had severe pain in her feet and back. He said it was because of her falling arches and may need a surgery. Though he said to start with a customized orthotics, which after 36 days she has still not received. We weren't convinced and went to Dr. Robers (foot & ankle specialist) at HSS in NYC. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Roberts diagnosed the pain to be coming from her back. After MRIs and consulting another physiatrist, the cause was indeed two herniated discs in her lumbar. Orthotics have still not arrived in 36 days. He has no concern for patient's pain. Don't waste your time with him.
