I cannot say enough good things about the care I received from Dr. Gwynn and his staff at New River Urology. Dr. Gwynn is an excellent urology surgeon and his continuing interest in my urilogical care is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr Gwynn for anyone seeking Urology care.

Probably the worst run business I've come into contact with in over 60 years. I saw Cullen Kubicki (who does not appear on these review lists) on May 12 and as of June 28th, I have never heard another word from them. No test results, nothing. I tried calling and there was no way to speak to a human. I finally called and used the prompt to schedule an appointment and asked to be transferred to Mr. Kubicki and was told their phones aren't set up that way. They obviously aren't set up to leave voicemail either. Nor is the receptionist set up to take a message and pass it along to someone in the office. Run away from this business. There has to be someone better even if you have to drive an hour to get there!

Update: My insurance company (Aetna) called New River Urology and was told nothing has been done with my tests since I visited the office six weeks ago. Pathetic!

Excellent doctor, really knew his stuff, my wife had a major kidney problem, he quickly diagnosed it and repaired the problem with surgery. It has been about 3 years now, no ongoing problems since. Great bedside manner, Highly recommend. Not your typical stuffy doctor, very friendly.
